Our Public liability insurance is valid for all the activities we provide; of course you are welcome to also have your own personal insurance.

Black Goat Adventures reserve the right to not accept liability for a personal injury to you occurs due to instructions given to you by us not being followed correctly.

We understand things come in life that could prevent you from attending your booked activity with us and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

If you do need to cancel or reschedule please contact us asap via email

We will do our very best to help you reschedule or cancel your booking with us.

Cancellation permitted timings

– More than 15days 100% refund

– 14 to 8 days 50% refund

– 7 or less days 0 % refund

To avoid disappointment we advise you to arrive early (20mins) for your booked activity if you are late and you miss the start of your activity then a refund or reschedule will not be offered.

In compliance with government legislation, we will not refund your booking due to you having COVID, please contact us and we will do our best to reschedule, confirmation of the positive test in the form of a written document from your doctors will be necessary for us to reschedule your booking.

If we cancel your booking due to weather or staff sickness we will offer you a rescheduled date, if you are unable to confirm that date then a gift voucher will be offered so can book when you know your availability

When booking with us you agree to our terms and conditions, you will also be asked to sign a waiver form for each person for each activity. Please complete this form correctly and truthfully, we will not accept liability if the waiver form is completed incorrectly.

Any previous injury’sor medical conditions must be made clear on the form and to your instructor, we will not accept liability for an injury to you if you do follow instructions given to you by your instructor.

You must also bring with you any medication on your activity and inform your instructor of this and where it will be kept during your activity.

You must agree to listen and follow the instruction provided to you by your instructor, failure to follow instructions could result in injury to you or others this will invalidate your insurance with us and we will not accept liability. The use of alcohol and drugs during activities with us is not acceptable, if this occurs you will be asked to leave the lessons with no refund.

If you are pregnant you must inform your instructor and list this on your waiver form, to participate on the activity you must provide written consent from your doctor and you accept the risk of falling onto your stomach/front and injuring the unborn child.

We understand you do not want to take unnecessary items such as keys, wallets or phones on your activity, we will of course store them for you, however you must accept fully responsibility and they will be left with us at your risk.

If our property is damaged due to your negligence then you agree to replace or repair the property

We only allow dogs on our boards in the activity doggy paddle; you accept full responsibility & liability for your dog and any damage it causes to you, your property, our property or any injury to anyone by your dog.

If you are lucky enough to be gifted a voucher to use to book our activities, then you must redeem it within 12 months of purchase, and the voucher can only be used to book an activity subject to availability.
