SUP YOGA – Putting a new spin on a yoga class, Our qualified Yoga Instructor will be able to help you get you in touch with your yogi-self in this brilliant class. This session is aimed at people that have already done a beginner lesson and would like some extra intermediate tips on their SUP Boarding and to give SUP YOGA a try.
SUP YOGA is perfect for providing a core strength exercise boost and a mindfulness experience in a relaxed, fun, safe environment.
